CellSmart POS allows you to add all your repair technicians to our software.
Assign repair tickets
At the time of repair ticket creation, you can assign that ticket to any of your repair technicians. It will automatically inform your repair technician to start working on it. You can also note in that ticket for additional information, and in return, your repair technician can add notes once they have an update.
