2 reasons why CellSmart POS is the best point-of-sale software for cell phone retailers

To do any job well, it is important to have the right tools.   With the right tools in hand, a person can do the job better and faster.  Without the tools necessary, even the simplest task becomes quite a challenge.

We believe that CellSmart POS is that right tool for cell phone retailers to help them better manage and improve their wireless business.  We also believe that a tool is only good if its user is able to take maximum benefit from it.

For this reason, we at CellSmart POS continually strive to fashion our point-of-sale software based on the needs and feedback of its users, our customers.  There are two main reasons why CellSmart POS stands out from the rest in being the best POS software available in the market for cellphone dealers.

1.  First, we eat our own dog food.  Well, not exactly.  But, we do own and operate our wireless locations where we use and test and debate and tweak our software to fit the needs of wireless retail.  Unlike one-size-fits-all, generic software or clunky and outdated cell phone POS software in the market, CellSmart POS began in a wireless store and continues to be programmed from the back offices of our wireless locations.   You can’t get more custom-made than that.  That means if there’s a need for a feature in the software, we are the first ones to realize and implement it.  If there’s something annoying, we are the first ones to be bugged about it and take care of it.  Our dealers love how closely CellSmart POS meets their requirements.

2.  Yeah, so we run our stores and know what’s going on in wireless retail.  But, chances are we don’t know everything.  Wireless retailers come in all shapes and sizes with so many different requirements and ways of doing business.  They come from so many backgrounds and serve so many diverse communities with varying needs.  So, we listen to our dealers to make sure that what we cook up is serving their needs.  We value the wealth of ideas our dealers have acquired over the years and want to implement them to make a great point-of-sale software even better.  That’s why we created a user voice platform where our dealers can exchange ideas and vote for features they’d like to see us work on.  Simply put, we couldn’t make CellSmart POS what it is today without all the amazing feedback from our dealers!

So, there you have it why CellSmart POS is the best point-of-sale software for wireless retailers.  We made it and continue to improve it based on our own experience in wireless retail.  And more importantly, we listen to our dealers who have come to rely on our us to help them run their business.
