Bill Payment Features
Cellsmart POS allows you to charge customers bills through ePay, Qpay, Vidapay integration and much more. You have various options and are not limited to only helping customers with a specific cell phone carrier.
With ePay integration, you gain access to ePay’s webpos from within CellSmart POS. This allows you to process a payment from the ePay Portal while saving the payment in the system.
With Qpay integration you can now directly pay MetroPCS bills through the Qpay portal inside of CellSmart POS. This will, in turn, create a more efficient checkout process when taking MetroPCS payments.
Vida Pay Integration
Similar to ePay, the Vida Pay integration feature allows you to gain access to VidaPay’s webpos where you can process a payment on the Vida Pay Portal while saving it to the software.
With the various payment integrations, CellSmart POS offers you no longer will have to switch back and forth between your browser and the system. We at CellSmart POS keep striving to help you manage your wireless businesses as efficiently as possible.
Key Tags allow you to minimize Bill Payment errors and save time by not having you to ask customers for their phone numbers each time they come into the store to pay their bill. You can also use Key Tags to ring-up any customer through the main dashboard simply by scanning it.
Text Message Alerts
With CellSmart POS you can send text message alerts to your customers. You can send a text reminder when the bill is due and also a thank you message after the customer has paid their bill. This serves as a receipt and proof of payment.
Promotions by Carrier
When sending a promotion you can select customers by a carrier to give them specific promotions. For a T-Mobile sale, you can send out a text message alert only to all T-Mobile customers.
Each carrier may have an additional fee for customers when they’re paying a bill and/or making a purchase. CellSmart POS allows you to add this fee so that it can show automatically when making a payment.
Customer Payment History
The History Module contains a history of all activities done in the software including a list of customers. The list of customers allows you to view account payments, transactions made by that specific customer, how much store credit they have and how many points the customer has accumulated by shopping at your store.
