Add a pattern or security password in a repair ticket
CellSmart POS allows you to add the pattern or security password at repair ticket creation, which helps the assigned technician access the device when needed.
Only assigned repair technicians can view
This pattern or password will be available to the assigned technician only. Other repair technicians can not view it without the store owner or manager’s approval.
