The CellSmart POS daily batch-out email contains a general detail section which will let you know how many times your cash drawer was opened without making a sale. It is very important to ask your employees about such actions and as proof, you can show them the section mentioned below:

If you cannot find a specific  Day End email, click on Admin Tools and then Batch pickup, select the date and click the email icon.
